Dr Bridgette

Bridgette graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2021 following a career change from working as a Medical Lab Scientist. After graduation, she completed a rotating internship at Veterinary Referral Hospital in Dandenong where she worked in the emergency, surgery, neurology, medicine, oncology, and diagnostic imaging departments.

This year Bridgette has ventured into general practice and she is really enjoying getting to know the families and pets of Fitzroy, where she has lived locally for the past 7 years. Her special interest is in clinical pathology – particularly looking at bugs and cells under the microscope.

When Bridgette’s not at home snuggling with her two Burmese cats, Cashew and Mimi, she can be found at her local coffee shop, the gym or surfing very badly on the Bellarine Peninsula.
